Shinoda-san was consistently putting out such a strong body of work for so long. It was sort of hard for me to cope with the loss of such a great talent.

It's unfortunate idiots spreading nasty rumors was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Prostitution in middle east is a big thing. And what could make us think the rumor is true is the fact that she vanished from social media and stopped her JAV activities. It's way easier to publish an official statement about it, denying the rumor and move on.
